To spend the day outdoors and enjoy some of Sydney's beautiful natural scenery, the Venturers will be heading to Wattamolla in the Royal National Park for a scenic hike to Eagle Rock!

The hike will take us through beautiful coastal bushland, past Curracurrong Falls and along the coastline to the iconic Eagle Rock lookout. The hike is approximately 8–9 km return (which is roughly 3-4 hours at a chill pace) and is considered a moderate hike, so participants should be comfortable walking for several hours over friendly terrain.

Where 📍:Arrive to Scout Hall at 9:00am to be transported by Leaders and Adults to the Hike!

Hike ⛰️: Wattamolla Picnic Area → Curracurrong Falls → Eagle Rock → return to Wattamolla

When ⏰: 9:00 am – approximately 3:00 pm, on Sunday the 30th of May

We will meet at the Scout Hall at 9:00 am and travel together to Wattamolla, arriving at approximately 10:00 am. We aim to return to the Scout Hall by around 3:30–4:00 pm.

**NOTE:** Please make sure you bring enough food and water for the entire day. Participants should wear comfortable clothing suitable for hiking and changing weather conditions.

This activity is a great opportunity for Venturers to get outdoors, experience the beautiful Royal National Park, develop their hiking and outdoor skills, and spend some quality time together as a crew.
